Q: Do I get a refund if my blaster breaks?

 

Because we handle our own logistics, we quality check every individual blaster for any defects and problems before shipment to ensure we are giving our customers 100% transparency as we believe that is what makes or breaks a small business. This is also why we offer a 90-day warranty after each blaster purchase. If for any reason the blaster you purchased malfunctions or breaks within 90 days of receiving your purchase, you should contact us.We will be more than happy to give you a free blaster!

 

Q: What is a Splatt Blaster?

 

The future of air soft, paintball, and nerf combined. Splatt Blasters are the new revolutionary toys that shoot non-toxic, eco-friendly, biodegradable splatts. They are safe for people, pets, and the environment.
Splatts are colorful orbees that absorb water and burst on impact and immediately begin evaporating, leaving no stain and no mess to clean up.

 

Q: Do they hurt?

 

Just enough sting to make it exciting. Harder than nerf and softer than air soft -- a quick minor sting to get the adrenaline pumping!

 

Q: How far do they shoot?

 

Splatt Blasters can shoot up to 100 feet, but we recommend playing at a closer range for more fun!

 

Q: Is this just like air soft or paintball?

 

Yes and No. Less pain. Less prep. Less mess. Same fun!
Splatt Blasters leave behind no mess, requires little to no preparation, are eco-friendly, and are also much less painful. We promise you they are just as much fun, if not more!

 

Q: Do they leave a stain or residue?

 

Nope! Splatts are all natural water-based beads that absorb and hold 95% water, and begin to evaporate 15 to 20 minutes after impact leaving no trace of battle.

 

Q: How do I prepare my Splatts?

 

Hydrating your Splatts is easy!
1. Pour your Splatts into a gallon bucket or bowl
2. Add 1 gallon of water per packet of Splatts
3. Wait 2 to 4 hours
4. Strain out the water and you're ready!
**Notice: When hydrated, Splatts will expand to 10x their size. Make sure you use a bucket or bowl that is big enough**
Do not worry about using too much water. You CANNOT over hydrate your Splatts.

 

Q: Are Splatt Blasters safe?

 

Absolutely. Splatts are very soft and squishy, but they do travel up to 170 fps, meaning they will sting a bit on impact. We recommend playing in a long-sleeve and pants and using the protective eye-wear included with your blaster.

 

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?

 

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately with the correct information so we can get that fixed for you before your order is processed.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

 

It's easy! Once your order goes through processing and has been shipped, you will receive an email shipment confirmation including your tracking number.
You will not be able to track your order if it has not been shipped yet. If you want to track your order, simply put your tracking number in the "track your order" page on our website.

 

Q: What if I didn't receive my email shipping confirmation?

 

This can only mean one of two things:
1. You entered the wrong information during the checkout process.
2. Something went wrong in our system.
If this happens, simply send us your full name and address so we can send you an updated shipping confirmation and tracking number.
